Problem 1: Troubleshooting when the talc Raymond powder is too coarse or too fine to meet the requirements.

Analysis of the cause of the failure:
The air volume does not meet the required requirements
Troubleshooting method:
Adjust the rotational speed of the analyzer, observe its changes, and make relevant records; if the required effect cannot be achieved after adjusting the rotational speed of the analyzer, then the valve of the blower inlet pipe must be appropriately adjusted; if the mill is out If the material is too thin, the power of the analyzer should be turned off or the analyzer should be removed to increase the speed of the blower.
Problem 2: No powder or less powder from the mill
Analysis of the cause of the failure:
(1) The phenomenon of air leakage, air ingress, and dust inhalation occurs. The cause of the failure: the air lock is not tightly sealed;
(2) If there is a failure of dust suction and no powder discharge, carefully check whether there is an air lock device;
(3) The shovel head is severely worn, resulting in less shovel material and the material cannot be shoveled;
(4) There is air leakage at the soft connection between the analyzer and the pipeline of the mill equipment;
(5) Serious air leakage occurs at the pipe flange and the pipe joint;
(6) The pipeline installation is too complicated, manifested as: too high, too long, and many elbows, resulting in a significant increase in resistance in the pipeline.
Corresponding to the effective solutions recommended for the above failures:
(1) Comprehensively check the sealing degree around the air lock, and repair it in time after discovery;
(2) Install the air locker and observe its status to ensure that the air roper can operate normally and continuously;
(3) Check the degree of wear of the blade and replace it with a new blade immediately if it is found to be severely damaged;
(4) Disassemble the old connection, and re-install the soft pipe connection to block the air leak;
(5) Check carefully, if any leaks are found, stop the leaks immediately;
(6) Contact the mill manufacturer and re-adjust the layout of the pipeline device according to the general design drawing provided by the manufacturer.
Problem 3: The Raymond mill has an untimely shutdown, the temperature of the equipment rises, and the current of the blower drops.
Analysis of the cause of the failure:
(1) The main machine feeds too much material, causing a large amount of powder in the main machine to block the air duct;
(2) The exhaust of the pipeline is not smooth, and the rapid reciprocating air flow causes rapid heating after friction with the pipe wall. At the same time, water vapor is generated in the pipe wall and the powder is adhered to the pipe wall, which finally causes serious blockage of the pipe.
(1) First remove the powder accumulation in the air duct, and then reduce the feed volume of the host;
(2) Opening the residual air pipe valve can effectively reduce the temperature of the main engine; control the humidity of the powder material below 5%.
