1. Preparations before installation
1. When the mill is not installed at the operating site, it should be kept properly. The exposed surface must be coated with anti-rust grease and avoid sun and rain to prevent rust, water or other corrosion of the machine body. A maintenance system must be established. .
2. The foundation of the milling equipment workshop should be provided with sufficient height and installation position according to the requirements of the supporting basic drawings for the installation of the main machine and its supporting jaw crusher, bucket elevator, and electromagnetic vibrating feeder. The foundation of the mill should be made of high-standard cement, and steel bars must be buried before the cement can be poured to build the foundation, and the threading pipes or wire trenches should be pre-embedded. After the cement foundation is poured, there must be a 15-day maintenance period.
3. The workshop where the mill equipment is located should be equipped with 2-3 tons of lifting tools for installation and maintenance.
4. If the milling machine has been used for more than six months from the factory to the factory, the central shaft system of the main engine, the transmission device, the grinding roller device, the analysis engine oil pool and other parts must be inspected and cleaned. lubricating oil.
