How to properly install and debug Raymond mill?

The first is the installation of the Raymond mill. Before installation, the visible parts of the Raymond mill should be painted with anti-rust paint to avoid exposure to the sun and rain, and to prevent the body from rusting and water intrusion. Then fill the pit with the base of the transmission equipment, control the corresponding height, calibrate the plane with a level, and fix the transmission device bolts at the same time. When installing the Raymond machine, place anti-shock materials on the connection between the lower plane of the base and the cement foundation, and use a level to calibrate the other plane. In addition, the position and height of the pipeline must not be changed at will, and the connections between the pipelines must be sealed and tightened.
Regarding the debugging of the Raymond mill, the no-load test machine, the grinding roller device should be rolled firmly to avoid impact between the grinding roller and the grinding ring, and the main engine should not be idle for less than one hour. When the main engine is running smoothly, the oil temperature in the box must not exceed 80 degrees. Like the main engine, the blower also needs to be tested with no load, and then loaded after normal operation to ensure smooth operation without abnormal noise or vibration. The temperature of the bearings cannot exceed 70 degrees. The duration of the load test should not be less than 8 hours. Observe the entire machine carefully to ensure that there are no abnormal sounds or noises. Whether the joints of each pipe are tightly sealed and whether there is air leakage. After the test, tighten each bolt before putting it into operation. use.
