How to eliminate the problem of low powder output, uneven particle size and high noise of limestone grinding mill


Limestone grinding mill is a mechanical equipment. How to solve and prevent some minor problems in daily use? Zoya Mining Machinery analyzes the common problems and troubleshooting methods of limestone grinding mills.

1. No flour or little flour is produced, and the output is low.

Reasons: (1) The powder lock is not adjusted properly, the seal is not tight, and the material is sucked back; (2) The shovel blade is greatly worn and the material cannot be shoveled.

Troubleshooting methods: (1) Check and adjust the powder lock, seal it well, and block the air leakage found; (2) Replace the blade with a new one.

2. The host current increases, the machine temperature increases, and the fan current decreases.

Reasons: The feed amount is too large, the air duct is blocked by crushed materials, the pipe exhaust is not smooth, and the circulating air flow generates heat, which increases the host current and machine temperature, and the fan current decreases.

Troubleshooting methods: (1) Reduce the feed amount and clear the dust accumulation in the air duct; (2) Open the residual air duct valve and control the humidity of the incoming material below 6%.

3. Product granularity is too coarse or too fine

Causes: (1) The blades of the analyzer are severely worn and cannot function as a classification; (2) The air volume of the fan is inappropriate.

Troubleshooting methods: (1) Replace the blades and turn down the fan appropriately. Increasing the air volume can solve the problem of excessive coarseness; (2) If the air volume is too fine, the inlet air volume should be increased.

4. Fan vibration

Causes: (1) Powder accumulation on the fan blades or uneven wear; (2) Loose anchor bolts.

Troubleshooting methods: (1) Clear the dust accumulation on the blades or replace the blades; (2) Tighten the anchor bolts.

5. The host is noisy and vibrates greatly.

Reasons: (1) The feed amount is small or the main machine and the transmission device are not axial, there is no gap between the two couplings, and the anchor bolts are loose; (2) The material has a hard impact, or there is no material layer; (3) The grinding roller The grinding ring is seriously out of round and deformed.

Troubleshooting methods: (1) Adjust the feeding amount, correct the coaxiality, and adjust the gap between the two couplings; (2) Reduce the feed particle size; (3) Replace the grinding roller and ring.

6. The transmission device and the analytical engine oil tank generate heat.

Cause: The oil viscosity is high and the oil is thick, so the thread pump oil cannot be pumped up, causing the upper bearing to be short of oil.

Troubleshooting methods: (1) Check whether the grade and viscosity of the engine oil meet the requirements; (2) Check the running direction of the analyzer.

7. The powder feeding bearing of the grinding roller device is easily damaged.

Causes: (1) Oil cutoff or sealing ring damage; (2) Long-term lack of maintenance and cleaning.

Troubleshooting methods: (1) Refuel in time according to the specified time; (2) Clean regularly and replace the oil seal.
