In the desulfurization of power plants, the role of limestone powder is that when lime is used as the absorbent, the lime powder is digested and then added with water to form an absorbent slurry.

How does the desulfurization limestone grinding mill work? The principle is this. After the large pieces of limestone are crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, they are sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then sent to the European version of the grinding mill uniformly and quantitatively by the vibrating feeder. Grinding is carried out in the main milling chamber, and the ground limestone powder is blown up by the wind and classified by the powder separator. Limestone powder that meets the fineness flows through the pipeline into the new isolated cyclone powder collector for separation and collection. The collected finished limestone powder is sent to the powder silo through the discharge port and the conveyor device for desulfurization. The unqualified powder particles are separated by the powder separator and thrown towards the simple wall. They fall along the simple wall and then return to the mill. Grind. The entire system operates under negative pressure, and system dust does not escape, thus ensuring on-site cleanliness.
